Tenbury AppleFest & Craft Fair 2011 is organised by Tenbury Events in association with Robinsons Cider. Saturday 15th October 2011 from 10am to 4pm Tenbury Burgage Entry £1 (free entry for every person till 11.45 bringing in a pie and a completed apple pie entry form.)Welcome to Tenbury Applefest 2011 This year we have tried, despite the recession, to improve Applefest. We have a different format for our Apple Marquee, 20% bigger than last year, which includes a Demonstration Theatre with live cookery sessions and films on tree husbandry. There is the popular apple Identification desk, plus a competition for children. Unfortunately we have lost the services of F C Matthews for which we have been very grateful for the last 5 years, but instead we have representation from Worcester County Council with their information stand and the indomitable input of the best authorities on ‘The apple’ in the area all of whom live in Tenbury Wells. Go along to the Apple Marquee to meet. Reg, Alec, Dave and Stan. We welcome Robinson’s Cider as our title sponsor for this year and look forward to a long association with them. Their Cider is available in the Cider Tent near the main band stage. Also this year we welcome SUNSHINE Radio, who have advertised Applefest for some time.
