Teme Valley Food Fair - a Tenbury Events Presentation

The Teme Valley Food & Drink Fair 2012 will be held in Tenbury Wells on the Burgage.

From 10am till 5pm on Saturday June 2nd 2012. Entrance Fee £1.

Cookery Demonstrations 2011
10.45 to 11.45 Ludlow based, Lesley Mackley Food writer & cook will be focusing on promoting local produce.
	12.00 to 13.00 Mark Williams From Key Cottage Catering based near Tenbury. Pigeon with Cous Cous, followed by Salmon en Croute and a Fresh Fruit display to finish
13:30 to 14:30 Alex Perks From Skillbuilders. Ludlow based. Alex regularly demonstrates to local schools. Lots of Chocolate is on the menu
	14:45 to 15:45 From Naz’s Wine Bar & Indian Restaurant in Tenbury, the team will be doing Sea Bass amongst other things combining spices and produce
